Itulah yang tengah dihadapi Sekolah Menengah Tingkat Atas (SMA) Negeri 10 Kota Tasikmalaya. Letak geografis yang dihimpit pemukiman penduduk dan Pesantren juga LSM, kerap menjadi bulan bulanan isu tak sedap.
Beberapa waktu yang lalu tersiar kabar di media sosial, Security melakukan pemukulan terhadap seorang murid. Hal itu dibenarkan oleh Kepsek dan Wakasek SMAN 10.
“Benar itu terjadi. Namun sudah diselesaikan dengan cara duduk bersama untuk meluruskan apa yang terjadi sebenarnya,” kata Kepsek, Joni Darmawan.
Sementara Ketua Komite SMAN 10, Asep Rizal saat dikonfirmasi, melalui alat komunikasi genggamnya, Minggu (26/8/19), menuturkan jika hal itu betul terjadi.
“Untuk jelasnya silahkan datang ke sekolah,” tandas Asep Rizal.

Sementara itu Wakasek SMAN 10, Asep Yudi menjelaskan kronologis kejadian yang menimbulkan kegaduhan di Medsos. Berawal dari dilaksanakannya mata pelajaran olahraga basket.
“Terjadi kesalah pahaman diantara siswa yang main Basket,” kata Wakasek.
Ditambahkan, saat itu juga permasalahan langsung diselesaikan bersama.
“Kami selaku pihak sekolah mengucapkan terimakasih pada orangtua siswa yang mau duduk bersama dalam menyelesaikan semua permasalahan,” jelas Wakasek yang juga Guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggiris ini.
Sementara itu selaku Kepala Sekolah Joni Darmawan sangat menyayangkan atas pemberitaan terkait peristiwa yang membuat gaduh di Medsos. Karena pemberitaannya tidak berimbang.
“Wartawan itu sendiri tidak melakukan cek and ricek ke lokasi atau cross cek,” tegas Kepsek.
Ditambahkan, hal ini muncul sejalan dengan program peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di lingkungan sekolah.
“Kami tengah membangun infra struktur sekolah dalam upaya mempersiapkan dan mengisi anak bangsa dalam beragam disiplin ilmu. Agar nantinya mereka memiliki dasar ilmu yang kuat,” tandasnya. (Budi S. Ombik)
