Target Pemkot Bandung, Pengangguran Turun Jadi 8 Persen
BANDUNG, BEREDUKASI.COM — PEMERINTAH Kota Bandung menargetkan angka pengangguran terbuka turun menjadi 8 persen pada tahun 2022 ini. Saat ini angka pengganguran berada diangka 11,4 persen.
‘Hari ini angka pengangguran itu 11,4 persen. Memang cukup tinggi ada kenaikan. Kemarin pandemi banyak hotel dan restoran termasuk kita pemerintahan juga ya terhambat,’ ujar Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Bandung, Andri Darusman di Balai Kota Bandung, Rabu 6 Juli 2022.
‘Kita targetkan turun ke 8 persen dari 11,4 persen angka penganggurannya,’ lanjutnya.
Dia mengatakan pertumbuhan ekonomi terus membaik di angka 3,78 persen setelah sempat terkontraksi minus 2 persen saat pandemi.
Untuk mengurangi pengangguran, Disnaker terus melakukan pelatihan guna meningkatkan kompetensi angkatan kerja di Kota Bandung.
‘Kita terus lakukan pelatihan kompetensi juga penempatan tenaga kerja. Kita maraton adakan pelatihan, baik itu dari musrenbang atau reses hasil usulan masyarakat,’ katanya.
Bagi lulusan sekolah yang tidak melanjutkan ke jenjang perkuliahan, Disnaker Kota Bandung juga melakukan fasilitasi berupa peningkatan skil melalui berbagai pelatihan.
‘Mudah mudahan saja angka pengangguran turun,’ kata dia.
Berbagai pelatihan tersebut di antaranya pelatihan kewirausahaan, pemasaran digital, programing, teknik mesin, serta pelatihan lainnya.
Saat ini, Disnaker juga telah membangun sistem informasi ketenagakerjaan sebagai sarana informasi bagi para pencari kerja bernama New BIMMA.
‘Kita punya dari pusat sistem ketenagakerjaan, juga aplikasi, itu ada beberapa lowongan pekerjaan penempatan tidak hanya di kota Bandung kalau sesuai skil bekerja di perusahaan yang diluar kota bandung,’ paparnya.
