Di ikuti oleh 10 Tim Kabaret Se-Jawa Barat, salasatunya POTRET 19 Tim Kabaret asal SMAN 19 Bandung. Yang membawakan cerita berjudul ‘Rukun Tetangga’. Bercerita tentang Kurnia (Di perankan oleh Al-Doni SN ) seorang Ketua Karang Taruna. Yang ingin mengembalikan Kebudayaan Gotong Royong di warga sekitar lingkungannya.
