‘Di Babakan Siliwangi sudah kita pasang beberapa CCTV. Lalu, secara bertahap kita coba pasang CCTV di fasilitas publik lain, misalnya di Cikapayang,’ ujar Yana, di Balai Kota Bandung, Jumat, 14 Januari 2022.
Namun, menurut Yana, efektivitas dari CCTV ini harus didukung juga dengan kepedulian masyarakat dan media massa di Kota Bandung. Maka, Yana berharap, warga Bandung berpartisipasi aktif melaporkan aksi Vandalisme yang terjadi pada fasilitas publik.
‘Tolong laporkan pada kami, jika menemukan kasus Vandalisme atau perusakan fasilitas publik lainnya. Supaya pelaku ini ada efek jera,’ ucap Yana.
‘Karena kemarin sempat terjadi lagi kerusakan di dinding, lampu dan kursi beberapa fasilitas umum. Padahal, semua ini juga diperoleh dari masyarakat. Fasilitas publik itu milik kita semua, jadi kita jaga sama-sama lah,’ imbuhnya.
