Pangdam III/Slw Mayjen TNI Nugroho Budi Wiryanto mengatakan, Letnan Kolonel Kav Cristian Gordon Rambu, M.Si. (Han) beserta Istri telah diberi kepercayaan Pimpinan TNI AD. Untuk mengemban amanah jabatan sebagai Danyonkav 4/KC Kodam III/Slw dan Ketua Persit KCK Cabang XXXVII Yonkav 4 PD III/Siliwangi.
“Saya yakin, berbekal wawasan pengetahuan dan pengalaman jabatan sebelumnya sebagai Kapen Kodiklatad, Danyonkav 4/KC yang baru akan mampu mengemban tugas ini dengan sebaik baiknya,” tegasnya.
Selanjutnya Pangdam III/Slw berharap, untuk Letnan Kolonel Kav Cristian Gordon Rambu, agar terus tumbuh kembangkan hal-hal positif yang telah dibangun oleh pejabat sebelumnya. Disertai keinginan untuk mengembangkan kreasi dan inovasi baru dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dalam mendukung tugas pokok Kodam III/Siliwangi.
“Teruslah bekerja cerdas dan lakukan evaluasi terhadap apa yang telah dikerjakan selama ini. Jalin komunikasi yang dialogis antara pimpinan dengan yang di pimpin. Ciptakan kondisi dimana bawahan mau menyampaikan berbagai persoalan yang dihadapi kepada pimpinannya, baik masalah pribadi terlebih lagi masalah kedinasan,” paparnya.
Lebih lanjut Pangdam mengingatkan kepada Danyonkav 4/KC bahwa, kesuksesan dalam melaksanakan tugas, selain ditentukan oleh semangat militansi, jiwa patriotik dan heroisme, juga ditentukan oleh kemampuan di dalam mengimplementasikan Motto Tri Daya Cakti. Yang mengalir dalam setiap jiwa raga Prajurit Kavaleri melalui sikap Silih Asah, Silih Asih dan Silih Asuh.
Selain itu, pada kesempatan tersebut juga Pangdam mengucapkan terimakasihnya kepada pejabat sebelumnya atas pengabdiannya, dan ucapan selamat bertugas di tempat tugas barunyan sebagai Dandim 1314/Gorontalo Utara Korem 133/NW Kodam XIII/Merdeka, akan lebih sukses lagi.
Proses serah terah jabatan ditandai dengan penyerahan Tunggul Yonkav 4/KC dari pejabat lama kepada Pimpinan Upacara dan penyerahana Tunggul Yonkav 4/KC kepada pejabat baru, penandatanganan naskah berita acara serah terima jabatan, pemasangan pangkat, penyematan tanda jabatan dan penyerahan tongkat komando kepada pejabat baru.
