Bandung, BEREDUKASI.Com – DALAM upaya menumbuhkan karakter dan kebersamaan, STP NHI Bandung mengadakan acara Kuliah Keagamaan secara Online pada tanggal 8–9 Mei 2020.
Mengangkat tema merajut kebaikan di bulan penuh cinta ini diikuti oleh 643 Mahasiswa yang mendaftar dari semua Program Study Semester 1 dan 2. Untuk kemudian perkuliahan dilaksanakan secara Daring bersama dengan Dosen Agama. Sebagai Moderator dan Pemimpin agama masing-masing sebagai Narasumber.
Adapun kuliah keagamaan STP NHI Bandung ini, rutin dilaksanakan setiap tahunnya. Untuk semua agama yaitu Islam, Kristen, Katolik, Budha dan Hindu.
“Kegiatan ini adalah pembinaan keagamaan, melalui kegiatan yang berorientasi. Terhadap kekuatan sikap mental dan moral agama. Serta sebagai sarana mendekatkan diri, kepada Tuhan YME. Sehingga lahirlah karakter Insan Pariwisata yang baik, tujuan lainnya adalah meningkatkan keimanan dan menumbukan rasa kebersamaan antar Mahasiswa,” l terang Ketua SekolahTinggi Pariwisata (STP) NHI Bandung Faisal, MM. Par, CHE.
Perkuliahan ini bersifat wajib, karena akan menjadi salasatu syarat mengikuti Program KKN-PPM (Kuliah Kerja Nyata–Pemberdayaan Kepada Masyarakat) atau pun PKN (Praktik Kerja Nyata) pada Semester berikutnya.
“Dalam perkuliahan Daring, tentunya kami membutuhkan dukungan dan fasilitas. Karena itu sebelumnya kami juga sudah melakukan uji coba. Sehingga kami berharap perkuliahan selama dua hari ini, akan berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan Standar Protokol Pembelajaran di masa COVID 19,” terangnya.
Faisal berharap bahwa Mahasiswa yang belajar di rumah dapat menerima ilmu dan informasi. Yang dibutuhkan serta tetap menjaga spirit keagamaan terlebih di tengah Pandemi COVID 19. Ceramah keagamaan adalah hal yang penting untuk mengisi batin, agar kuat dan tidak stress.
Sementara itu Pembantu Ketua III Bidang Kemahasiswaan ER Ummi Kalsum Dr., MM.Par, menambahkan memang kegiatan Akademik atau seluruh proses pembelajaran di STP NHI menggunakan Daring, selama wabah Covid 19. Dimana pelaksanaanya mengikuti Protap Kesehatan yang diinstruksikan oleh Pemerintah.
“Di samping menjadi sarana pendekatan diri kepada Tuhan. Kegiatan ini juga untuk mempertahankan keimanan dan ketakwaan, membina karakter yang baik. Kemudian mempererat tali persaudaraan antar mahasiswa dengan topik yang diberikan. Serta meningkatkan kecintaan terhadap kitab suci, juga menumbuhkan rasa kebersamaan antar mahasiswa,” urainya.
Mengangkat Tema merajut kebaikan dibulan penuh cinta, lanjut Ummi adalah sebagai ajakan dan konsistensi. Untuk membangun kepedulian dengan sesama, tanpa memperhatikan latar belakang sosial, dimana sejauh ini STP NHI juga telah memberikan bantuan kepada Mahasiswa yang terdampak Covid 19.
“Pesan saya untuk mahasiswa tentunya tetap menjaga kesehatan diri, melakukan Physical Distancing dan Social Distancing, tetap belajar di rumah dan terus bangun rasa kepedulian kita,” pungkas Ummi.(Tiwi Kasavela).
