Dari pengakuan pihak pengelola, Taufik (45) tempat Wisata ini memiliki ragam tempat hiburan yang menarik. Selain lokasinya berada di pinggir aliran sungai Citanduy yang mengalir dan dijadikan sumber air oleh Pondok Pesantren Suryala. Juga dilengkapi tempat olahraga refresentatif.
“Kami disini membuka wahana lain dari yang lain. Intinya ketika satu keluarga datang dan ingin menikmati pemandagan alam Parung. Juga bisa sambil olahraga,” katanya.
Dijelaskan Opik (panggilan akrab) Wahana Alam Parung merupakan satu dari sekian tempat Wisata di Pageur Ageng. Dan masih dalam tahap pengembangan.
Dengan luas 1,5 hektar yang dibangun diantara lembah dan perbukitan serta pemukiman penduduk, siap untuk memuaskan wisatawan yang “lapar” akan keindahan alam.
“Mulai kami bangun tahun 2015. Dan hingga kini sudah dilengkapi dengan Gazebo, Kolam Renang, Air Tumpah, Lapangan Futsal, Kolam Pemancingan, Tenis Lapangan Terbuka hingga sarana lainnya,” jelas pria yang memiliki postur tubuh atletis ini.
Ditambahkan Opik, Wahana Alam Parung ingin memanjakan pengunjung khususnya. Mereka yang memiliki beragam keterikatan kerja.
“Disini disediakan tempat Ruang Rapat, Tempat Perundingan, Tempat Perjanjian Bisnis hingga hiburan Karaoke,” jelas lelaki tanpa kumis yang juga pehobi mancing ikan dan “Ngaliwet”ini.
Kedepan, tandas Opik, hadirnya Wahana Alam Parung dapat memeberikan sumbangan PAD bagi pembangunan pemerintahan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.
