Wali Kota Sampaikan 4 Raperda Kepada DPRD Kota Bandung
BANDUNG, BEREDUKASI.COM — WALI Kota Bandung, Yana Mulyana menyampaikan penjelasan perihal 4 Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) yang berasal dari Propemperda tahun 2022 kepada DPRD Kota Bandung.
Nota penjelasan Wali Kota tersebut disampaikan pada Rapat Paripurna DPRD Kota ke 5 masa persidangan III tahun sidang ke III 2021-2022, Selasa 28 Juni 2022.
Keempat Raperda tersebut adalah :
1. Lembaran Kota Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 tentang pengelolaan keuangan daerah
2. Lembaran Kota Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang pelayanan pemakamam umum
3. Lembaran Kota Nomor 3 Tahun 2022 tentang pemajuan kebudayaan
4. Lembaran Kota Nomor 4 Tahun 2022 tentang pertanggungjawaban pelaksaan APBD tahun anggaran 2021
‘Tentunya ini akan dibahas lebih lanjut, yaitu pembahasan internal dewan. Semoga berjalan dengan lancar. Sesuai dengan tanggal dan waktu yang telah ditetapkan,’ ujar Yana usai paripurna.
‘Mudah-mudahan bisa diselesaikan dengan baik dan dapat memberikan kemanfaatan bagi Kota Bandung,’ lanjutnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua DPRD Kota Bandung, Teddy Rusmawan mengatakan, setelah disampaikannya empat buah raperda tersebut maka akan menjadi agenda pembahasan dewan.
‘Selanjutnya kami mempersilahkan fraksi-fraksi untuk mempelajari sebagai bahan umum fraksi. Selanjutnya akan dibentuk panitia khusus untuk membahas 3 Raperda dan Badan Anggaran DPRD Kota Bandung akan membahas pertanggungjawaban pelaksaan APBD tahun anggaran 2021,’ katanya.
