“Saya mengintruksikan kepada seluruh jajaran Satgas Citarum sektor 9. Untuk menelusuri semua anak sungai dan tempat-tempat yang dijadikan TPS liar oleh warga,” ujar Dansektor 9 Kolonel Inf Amir Mahmud.
“Hari ini kita fokus di Sub 3 Padalarang, ada beberapa kegiatan Karbak yang serentak dilakukan. Selain di Desa Kertamulya ini, Karbak juga dilaksanakan di Desa Cipeundeuy dan Kp Cikandang Desa Ngamprah”, ucap Kolonel Inf Amir.
Masih menurut Dansektor 9, “Pekerjaan akan menjadi ringan apabila semua komponen terkait, bahu membahu menyelesaikan persoalan lingkungan”.
Khusus untuk Desa Kertamulya terutama yang berada di RW. 17 dan 18, Dansektor berharap warga tidak lagi membuang sampah ke bantaran sungai Angkrong.
“Ini bisa dilihat, masih banyak warga yang harus dirubah pola pikirnya. Mereka masih saja membuang sampah sembarangan, tanpa peduli akibat yang akan dihadapi dikemudian hari”.
“Kerjasama semua instansi terkait harus lebih ditingkatkan, bukan persoalan bersihkan sampahnya. Tetapi kedepannya tempat ini sudah tidak lagi menjadi TPS Liar. Kalau hujan besar datang, sampah yang ada pasti terbawa hanyut dan semua terkumpul di Saguling,” tutur Dansektor 9.
Selanjutnya Dansektor 9 Kolonel Inf Amir Mahmud, mengecek Pabrik Pembuatan Tempe yang disinyalir membuang limbah air cucian kedelai langsung kesungai. Ia juga mengingatkan, agar pabrik tempe tidak membuang limbah cucian kedelai langsung ke sungai. Dan terlebih dahulu harus melalui proses pengendapan atau penyaringan.
Farhan Fauzi Kepala Desa Kartamulya, merasakan bahwa kehadiran satgas Citarum membawa perubahan besar bagi warga.
“Kami sangat bersyukur dan hari ini merupakan kerjasama pertama kami. Dengan satgas Citarum, kedepannya kami selaku aparat Desa. Akan selalu melakukan koordinasi dalam berbagai kegiatan, terutama dalam hal merubah pola pikir warga,” kata Kades Kertamulya.
Ditambahkan Dansub sektor 3 Pelda Aris Santoso, bahwa Karbak Menyeluruh yang dilaksanakan di Sub 3 Padalarang, akan rutin terus dilaksanakan.
“Tidak hanya hari ini saja, sesuai arahan Dansektor 9 semua anak sungai yang berada di sektor 9 harus dinormalisasi, tanpa kecuali”, pungkas Pelda Aris. (Major Susanto).
