Bandung, BEREDUKASI.Com — SEBANYAK 726 orang yang masuk tahap akhir Panitia Daerah (Panda) termasuk didalamnya terdapat 3 orang dari (Pedalaman) Baduy, Kodam III/Slw akan merekrut sekitar 456 orang Calon Prajurit Tamtama TNI AD.
Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Pangdam III/Slw, Mayjen TNI Tri Soewandono saat meninjau pelaksanaan seleksi Calon Tamtama prajurit TNI AD di Rindam III/Slw, Kota Bandung, Rabu (20/03/2019).
Diungkapkan Pangdam, penerimaan Prajurit dilaksanakan setiap tahun, baik untuk menjadi Prajurit Tamtama, Bintara, Taruna Akmil dan Perwira Karir yang berasal dari Sarjana.
“Saat ini, pendaftaran mudah, karena sudah “online” dan “gratis”. Namun tetap harus konfirmasi ulang ke Ajendam atau Ajen Korem, dalam rangka tahapan selanjutnya,” ujar Pangdam.
“Untuk para Atlet Berprestasi, baik putera maupun puteri, khususnya tingkat Nasional, berkesempatan untuk menjadi prajurit TNI AD. Demikian juga dengan putera asli daerah, jika disini seperti Suku Baduy,” tambahnya.
Akan tetapi, lanjut Pangdam, semua Calon Prajurit itu harus memenuhi kriteria atau persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan. Agar tercapai standarisasi potensi, pengetahuan dan kemampuan prajurit.
“Penerimaan prajurit tujuannya untuk memenuhi jumlah personel yang akhirnya dapat menambah kekuatan pertahanan negara Indonesia,” ujarnya.
“Dari 726 orang yang masuk tahap akhir Panda termasuk didalamnya 31 orang Sub Panda Korem 064, 3 orang dari (Pedalaman) Baduy, hanya akan diambil sekitar 456 orang. Jumlah itu, merupakan hasil seleksi dari jumlah pendaftar 1632 orang, diawal seleksi. Ini menunjukan bahwa, untuk menjadi prajurit TNI AD harus melewati rangkaian seleksi yang ketat,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Kapendam III/Slw Letkol Inf FX.Welliyanto, menambahkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilaksanakan beberapa waktu lalu pada hari Rabu (20/3/19) tersebut masih rangkaian tahapan di tingkat Panitia Daerah (Panda).
“Selanjutnya, bagi mereka yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi Panda, akan mengikuti seleksi tingkat Pusat. Dimana panitianya langsung dari Mabesad, tapi pelaksanaannya tetap di wilayah Kodam III/Slw,” terang FX. Wellyanto.
Adapun proses untuk menuju lulus seleksi menjadi prajurit Tamtama TNI AD, menurut Wellyanto, sebelum seleksi berikutnya dengan materi Kesehatan, Jasmani, pengetahuan Umum, Mental Ideologi (MI) dan Psikologi serta Pantuhir dan Parade, para calon harus lulus administrasi terlebih dahulu.
“Penerimaan prajurit TNI harus kredibel dan transparan, karenanya bagi setiap orangtua atau wali calon Catam PK Gelombang I Tahun 2019. Agar mengawal anak-anaknya selama mengikuti seleksi,” jelasnya.
“Bagi yang ingin lulus seleksi dan menjadi Tamtama TNI AD, maka harus bekerja keras untuk berlatih secara fisik dan mental serta persiapkan diri sebaik mungkin agar bisa lulus,” tegas FX.Wellyanto.
Senada yang disampaikan Pangdam, Aspers Kasdam III/Slw Kolonel Inf Budi Utomo pun kembali menegaskan bahwa selama proses seleksi ini, panitia tidak memungut biaya atau bayaran, dan dipastikan gratis.
“Saya ulangi lagi, penerimaan prajurit TNI AD “gratis”. Apabila calon maupun orangtua atau wali menemukan oknum yang meminta uang agar segera laporkan ke Panitia,” tegas Budi Utomo.
“Apabila pada seleksi tersebut peserta dinyatakan Lulus, maka selanjutnya mereka (Calon Prajurit) akan mengikuti pendidikan di Dodik Secata Rindam III/Siliwangi di Pengalengan,” pungkasnya. (Pendam III/Siliwangi)
