Dwi Jati yang sebelumnya juga pernah menjabat sebagai Danpussenarmed, kemudian menjabat Kasdam III/Siliwangi hingga saat ini. Sekarang untuk yang kedua kalinya, kembali dipecaya. Untuk memegang pucuk pimpinan Korps Armed menggantikan pejabat lama Brigjen TNI Purbo Prastowo.
Dalam proses serah terima jabatan, ditandai dengan pelepasan tanda pangkat, tanda jabatan pejabat lama dan pemasangan tanda pangkat, tanda jabatan serta penyerahan Stik Komando kepada pejabat baru. Selanjutnya penyerahan pataka dari pejabat lama kepada Dankodiklatad dan penyerahan pataka dari Dankodiklatad kepada pejabat baru yang diakhiri dengan penandatanganan fakta integritas.
Dankodiklatad Letjen TNI A.M. Putranto mengucapkan, “Selamat kepada pejabat baru beserta istri atas kepercayaan yang diberikan oleh pimpinan TNI AD. Untuk menjabat sebagai Danpussenarmed dan terima kasih kepada pejabat lama beserta istri. Yang telah mendermabaktikan dirinya kepada organisasi TNI AD pada umumnya dan Kodiklatad pada khususnya”.
Menurut Dankodiklatad, “Pergantian jabatan dilingkungan TNI AD bagian dari mekanisme pembinaan organisasi. Dengan adanya validasi dilingkungan Kodiklatad, diharapkan pejabat baru agar dapat memacu diri memantapkan kinerja yang profesional. Sehingga target tugas yang diberikan dapat dikerjakan dengan baik”.
