‘Mereka datang ke sini kadang bergerombol. Dan itu tidak terjadwal,’ katanya di Gerai Mie Baso Babakan, Selasa, 28 September 2021.
Disebutkan, tarif yang ditawarkan dengan harga terjangkau oleh masyarakat menengah ke bawah. Mulai dari Rp.10.000/Mangkuk hingga Rp.15.000/Mangkuk.

Sebagai pelengkap lainnya, Gerai Mie Baso Pasutri menyediakan juga penganan lainnya yaitu Cilok. Untuk Cilok, kata Mang Iwan, peminatnya tidak ditentukan harga per Mangkok, tetapi dihitung per butir.
‘Satu butir dengan ukuran sedang dihargai Rp.500,-,’ katanya.
Sebagai penyedap bumbu tambahan lainnya, tambahnya, pelanggan bisa memilih sendiri. Seperti Saus, Kecap Manis atau Asin, Jeruk Nipis hingga Sambal Cabe.
:Kadang pelanggan ada yang suka pedas. Ada juga yang suka asam atau sebaliknya,’ tuturnya lagi.
Di Kedai Baso Pasutri, pelanggan dimanjakan dengan duduk lesehan. Bahkan secangkir teh hangat, disiapkan guna memuaskan pelayanan.
‘Ya..saya berusaha untuk menjadi yang terbaik bagi mereka (pelanggan),’ tandasnya.
Diakuinya, dirinya pernah mengikuti pelatihan UMKM dalam upaya peningkatan mutu serta kualitas Baso. Serta mengharapkan adanya bantuan modal tambahan.
‘Saat itu saya merasa gembira, selain menambah wawasan juga diharapkan ada kucuran dana,’ cetusnya.
Namun hingga kini, imbuhnya, tambahan modal yang diharapkan belum diterima.
‘Saya kira setelah dilakukan pendataan oleh pelaksana UMKM, akan segera terealisasi,’ jelasnya.
Kendati demikian Gerai Mie Baso Pasutri tersebut, tetap bertahan melayani pembeli disaat pandemi Covid-19.
‘Meski hasil yang didapat kurang memuaskan. Tapi itulah Bisnis,’ jelasnya.
Menyangkut penghasilan dalam satu hari, katanya lagi, tidak bisa ditentukan. Karena selain masih dalam suasana status level akibat Pandemi-Covid-19 juga pelanggan dihinggapi rasa was-was.
‘Ya..saya jalani meski hasilnya kurang,’ jelasnya.
Gerai Mie Baso Pasutri buka mulai pukul. 10.00 WIB hingga pukil. 20.30 WIB.
