Hal itu dilontarkan oleh Ketua Tim Penggerak (TP) Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) Kota Bandung, Siti Muntamah Oded, beberapa waktu yang lalu. Saat membuka Rapat Konsolidasi (Rakon) “Gerakan PKK Menyongsong Rapat Kerja Nasional 2020” di Gedung Graha Binangkit, Jl. Sukabumi, Kota Bandung.
“Dalam Rakon ini selain menyelaraskan program, juga mengonsolidasikan organisasi. Agar keluarga yang tidak kuat hari ini, dapat membuat inovasi-inovasi yang lebih lagi untuk menghadirkan keluarga yang sejahtera,” ucap Umi sapaan Siti Muntamah Oded.
Umi menjelaskan, PKK Kota Bandung memilik 4 kelompok kerja (Pokja). Setiap Pokja memiliki tugas yang berbeda dengan target sesuai dengan Visi dan Misi Pemerintah Kota Bandung.
“Pokja 1, yang kita penetrasikan tentang ketahanan keluarga, Pola Asuh Anak dan Remaja. Serta pembinaan Lansia, sedangkan Pokja 2 lebih kepada peningkatan kapasitas Kader. Dalam hal ini Kota Bandung menginginkan Literasi sebagai Budaya. Untuk itu PKK mendukung Perpustakaan di setiap Kelurahan, lalu teknis perkoperasian dan Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga (UP2K),” tandasnya.
Pokja 3 mengutamakan program Stunting,l yaitu Halaman Asri Teratur Indah dan Nyaman (Hatinya), penyediaan pangan Beragam, Bergizi, Seimbang dan Aman (B2SA), dan Gerakan Memasyarakatkan Makan Ikan (Gemarikan).
“Dengan Pokja tersebut kita ingin adanya pengurangan sampah Rumah Tangga di Kota Bandung. Lalu ada juga program RPL (Rumah Pangan Lestari) atau dengan Urban Farmingnya, lalu Internalisasi makanan sehat di keluarga. Supaya lebih memperhatikan lagi makanan sehat,” katanya.
Sedangkan Pokja 4, kata Umi, terkait Isu Stunting dan Open Defecation Free (ODF). Agar Kota Bandung menjadi sehat dengan akses Sanitasi yang direncanakan dengan baik.
Umi mengatakan, Rapat Konsultasi TP PKK Kota Bandung tahun 2019. Selain melakukan evaluasi, juga bisa menyinergikan berbagai program kegiatan dengan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dan mitra lainnya.
“Rakon ini jangan hanya sekedar kegiatan rutin saja. Karena PKK merupakan satu organisasi yang Legal sebagai Mitra Terbaik Pemerintah dari skala Pusat, Provinsi, Kota/Kabupaten, Kecamatan, Kelurahan, sampai tingkat RT,” tuturnya.
Menurutnya, Rakon ini untuk menyamakan gerakan yang dilakukan dari bawah oleh masyarakat. Dan untuk masyarakat, terlebih PKK ingin mewujudkan keluarga yang beriman, bertakwa, berakhlak dan berbudi pekerti luhur, serta sejahtera lahir dan batin.
“Semua kelengkapan, kemampuan, dan kompetensi dari Kader PKK perlu dikonsolidasikan untuk tujuan yang sama dalam satu tahun ke depan, sampai 2023 yang ingin mewujudkan Kota Bandung Unggul, Nyaman, Sejahtera dan Agamis,” ucapnya.
Terkait target yang ingin dicapai pada tahun 2020, Umi Siti ingin ada program yang sesuai dengan berbagai OPD dan mitra lainnya, selain itu bisa bersinergi dalam Program Inovasi Pemberdayaan Pembangunan Kewilayahan (PIPPK).
