Tidaklah mengherankan jika hal ini, menarik minat bagi beberapa Rumah Produksi. Menggandeng beberapa siswa-siswi SMKN 5 Kota Bandung. Yang memang di Sekolah ini, ada Jurusan atau Peminatan
Produksi Film dan Program Televisi.
Bahkan Rumah Produksi PT Sanghyang Ganesha Alam Kusumah (Brossa Film Production). Pada hari Selasa, 18 Januari 2022, telah menggandeng beberapa siswa-siswi SMKN 5 Bandung. Dan akan memproduksi Film Series dan Layar Lebar yang dimulai pada Januari–April 2022 mendatang.
Dini Yuningsih S.Pd, MM.Pd, selaku Kepala SMKN 5 Bandung ini, mengatakankan, bahwa kerjasamanya sudah tertuang dalam MoU. Dimana melibatkan sedikitnya 20-30 siswa-siswinya.
‘Alhamdulillah semuanya tertuang dalam MoU, dimana kerjasamanya akan dimulai Januari 2022 ini. Yang ditandai dengan Launching seremonial unit produksi, kompetensi keahlian film. Bahkan ada Produksi The Series dan Layar Lebar. Dengan konsep mengenai Dunia Pendidikan dan Budaya Indonesia,’ jelasnya, usai pembukaan Produksi Web Series dan Film Layar Lebar di Aula SMKN 5 Bandung, Jl. Bojongkoneng Cikutra Bandung, Jawa Barat.
‘Saya berharap pertama bertambahnya pengetahuan dan pengalaman dari Guru dan Peserta Didik yang ada di kompetensi keahlian Produksi Film. Sebagai bekal untuk menjadi lulus dari SMK, karena salasatu tujuan Outcome itu dari SMKN 5 ini, adalah BMW, Bekerja, Melanjutkan dan Wirausaha,’ harap Dini, selaku Kepala Sekolah.
