Pembukaan diawali dengan menyanyikan lagu kebangsaan “Indonesia Raya” dipandu oleh Lena, S.Pd, sebagai Pembina Upacara oleh Camat, Kecamatan Banjaran Kab.Bandung.
Wachyu Mulyadi, S.Pd SD LG sebagai Ketua Pelaksaksana acara. Membuka sekaligus laporan jumlah peserta yang akan dikukuhkan, Pembina Pramuka Lulusan KMD dan kukuh ulang para Mabigus dan Pembina Pramuka Kwartir Kecamatan, Banjaran. Dan akan dilantik oleh Kwarcab Kabupaten Bandung.

Kami memegang teguh dalam pemerintahan di Banjaran. Itu adalah cita l-cita ingin membangun Banjaran yang elok.
